In accordance with Act No. 101/2000 Coll., As amended (the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and the Amendment of Some Acts, hereinafter referred to as the "Act"), I agree with the processing of personal data by the Producer of the Event (hereinafter also referred to as the "Administrator") for:

• manager's marketing purposes, ie, in particular, the offering of products and services (whether own or otherwise), sending information about organized events, products, services and other activities, contacting the customer for market research and for marketing research where the customer to be contacted by electronic mail or by telephone, as well as to send commercial communications via electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., as amended, whether these marketing purposes are implemented by both the trustee and the entities which are controlled by the same controlling entity as administrator in the sense of law. No. 90/2012 Coll., Act. (hereinafter referred to as "Linked Persons") or other entities that the Administrator will entrust to the implementation of these marketing entities;
• purposes of analyzing customer's personal data, in particular direct mailing to specific customers and certain direct mailing groups;
• The purpose of organizing, organizing and evaluating different types of competitions, polls and other events that are not consumer lotteries, whether with the customer's ability to receive a prize or financial price, or without this opportunity, when such competitions, surveys or other events can be organized the controller, and the entities that are related to the manager by the related parties or other entities, which the administrator will entrust to the organizer by organizing, organizing or evaluating different types of competitions.

Personal data will be handled by the administrator manually and automatically, directly through his employees and also by the processors authorized by the administrator, as well as through the third entities that will be authorized by the administrator for the processing of personal data, on the basis of contracts concluded pursuant to the provisions of Section 6 of Act No. 101/2000 Coll. , on the protection of personal data, in particular through entities which are related to the controller by the related parties.

I grant this consent for a maximum period of 10 years from the date of its granting.
